You may know us from our website ostavastuullisesti.fi or our goal to build software that will assess the sustainability of all consumer products in the world. The software is now ready for Finnish grocery products. We have, for example, automatically assessed all R-kiosk products on nine dimensions of sustainability.

We are now looking for a Sustainability Specialist.
Your job is to relieve our founder Tiina for sales duties and take over various tasks and entities related to running the company. Part of your job description will be working independently and project management, another part will be sales and finance round support functions. Your job description will evolve as the company grows. We also offer extensive occupational health care.
We need you, if
- you can prioritise, get to the point quickly and communicate effectively
you can rationalise what you do and build processes
you have excellent Finnish language skills and you are good at producing Finnish & English texts and presentations
you are good at using AI tools, Google tools and Hubspot CRM or similar to help you at your work
you understand the basics of finance and administration in a startup environment
understand the basics of corporate and product responsibility
you are able to hold a large amount of information at your fingertips
experience in consumer business in areas such as marketing, purchasing or sustainability
experience in complex reporting, data management and project management
experience in public funding application processes or management of ecosystem projects
experience in sales or Customer Success (e.g. HubSpot Service Hub)
in addition, knowledge of data modelling or visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI) will be an advantage
